Continuity Along Couplings of a Hamiltonian on the Torus Wasserstein Space

A Hamiltonian is continuous along couplings if its values converge whenever measures with tangent fields converge along couplings.

Statement

In the setting of The Discounted Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman Equation with Idiosyncratic Noise on the Torus Wasserstein Space: Standing Notation, with HH as in The Discounted Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman Equation with Idiosyncratic Noise on the Torus Wasserstein Space: Standing Notation §hamiltonian and convergence along couplings as defined there.

The Hamiltonian HH is continuous along couplings if, for every μ∈P(Td)\mu\in\mathcal{P}(\mathbb{T}^{d}) and p∈Tμp\in T_{\mu} and all sequences (μn)n∈N(\mu_{n})_{n\in\mathbb{N}} in P(Td)\mathcal{P}(\mathbb{T}^{d}) and (pn)n∈N(p_{n})_{n\in\mathbb{N}} with pn∈Tμnp_{n}\in T_{\mu_{n}} such that ((μn,pn))n∈N((\mu_{n},p_{n}))_{n\in\mathbb{N}} converges along couplings to (μ,p)(\mu,p), the real sequence (H(μn,pn))n∈N(H(\mu_{n},p_{n}))_{n\in\mathbb{N}} converges to H(μ,p)H(\mu,p).
