Further Order Facts for ℕ₀ in Flat Form: ≤ as Membership or Equality, Transitivity for Sets, and the Order against +1

On ω, m ≤ n means m ∈ n or m = n; the order is transitive for arbitrary sets; adding 1 preserves and reflects the order; m < n exactly when m+1 ≤ n; and 1 lies below every successor and every nonzero element.

Statement

In the setting of Class Theory NBG: the Axioms, Standing Conventions and Basic Notation, let ω\omega and 00 be as in The Class Omega of Natural Numbers with Zero (i) and The Class Omega of Natural Numbers with Zero (ii), let 11 be as in The Set of Natural Numbers and the Number One (ii), let ++ be the addition on ω\omega, and let ≤\le and << be the order and the strict order on ω\omega. Let m,n∈ωm,n\in\omega (so 11, m+1m+1 and n+1n+1 lie in ω\omega by Order and Arithmetic of ℕ₀ in Flat Form (ii)).

m≤nm\le n if and only if m∈nm\in n or m=nm=n.

For all sets xx, yy and zz: if x≤yx\le y and y≤zy\le z, then x≤zx\le z.

m+1≤n+1m+1\le n+1 if and only if m≤nm\le n.

m<nm<n if and only if m+1≤nm+1\le n.

1≤n+11\le n+1.

If n≠0n\neq0, then 1≤n1\le n.
